Abstract
Assessment and modeling of investment process, which requires from the executor of certain skills and competent approach. Investment appraisal is considered to be one of the ways of financial management. The gist of it is that specialists conduct the analysis of profitability of this project and its risk, as well as the payback period of the investment. The paper considers some of the most effective methods of assessing potential investments.
