Abstract
This chapter describes Webber’s “Exploring Unbroken British Guiana,” a series of six articles that appeared in the New Daily Chronicle between March 29 and May 2, 1930 and which demonstrated his love for the outdoors and his fascination with Guyana’s vast forested territory. The articles also enabled Webber to reflect on issues that engaged him throughout his life. It was the last sustained nonfictional piece (with the exception of Centenary History) that he wrote before his untimely death.
