A triboelectric nanogenerator based self-powered active hydrogen (H 2 ) sensor was fabricated using Pd nanoparticles (NPs) decorated ZnO nanorod (NR) arrays and a wrinkle-micropatterned polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS).
