Abstract

The computed tomography (CT) features of myositic pseudotumour of the orbit and Graves' ophthalmopathy usually allow differentiation of these two conditions. A case of bilateral exophthalmos is present that had the CT features of Graves' ophthalmopathy but ultimately proved to be a case of myositic pseudotumour of the orbit.
