Abstract
患者女,40岁.发现左乳腺肿块2年于2003年7月17日入院.体检:肿块大小4 cm×5 cm,质中,活动可. 病理检查:手术送检组织呈灰白色,4.0 cm×3.6 cm×1.6 cm, 境界清楚但无明显包膜,剖面灰白,较均质一致,中等硬度.镜检:肿瘤挤压周围乳腺组织,主要由大小较一致束状排列的梭形细胞和大量胶原纤维组成,其间混有脂肪组织(图1).梭形细胞核短梭形,横切面为卵圆形似上皮样细胞,染色质细,细胞质丰富明显红染(图2),肿瘤内有明显肥大细胞及散在炎症细胞;免疫组织化学:波形蛋白、平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)、结蛋白、CD34血管均阳性.
