发生于鼻咽部的副耳较罕见，现将我科发现的1例鼻咽部副耳报道如下。患儿男，4岁，因自幼睡眠打鼾，发现咽部肿物1d于2006年7月18日入院。患儿出生时即发现其张口呼吸，鼻腔通气差，睡眠时打鼾，吃奶时不能经鼻呼吸，出现反复呛咳，经过10余天后进食好转，睡眠打鼾持续存在，
