Abstract

This chapter examines the attitudes of a sample of thirty obkom (provincial committee) first secretaries to the 1973 production association reform during the three years 1973 to 1975. Since the idea of production association had already been mentioned at the 24th Party Congress in 1971, speeches and articles from 1971 and 1972 are also added. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
