Written evidence to the Political and Constitutional Reform Committee, Devolution after the Scottish Referendum, (PRD0066)

This evidence deals explicitly with the governance of England post the Scottish independence referendum result. More specifically, it focusses on enhanced devolution in England’s territories as a potential solution to the so-called ‘English Question’. My views are based on my own academic research that has examined English governance over the past decade.
