Abstract

Interpretation metods of hemostasis in injury of the liver and spleen were studied in experiments and applied in clinical practice. Technigue of suturing of cut and wounds is described. Represents tactics treatment and hematomas and results resection of the liver and spleen. Autotransplantation of spleen tissue used as alternative splenectomy when not possible her preservation.
