Abstract

One hundred brains from normal cattle were collected from a local slaughter house. The cholinesterase levels in the cerebrum and caudate nucleus were measured in delta pH units/hr. Mean activities of the cerebrum and caudate nucleus were 0.22 and 0.62 respectively.
