Abstract

It has been demonstrated that the thermotolerant fungus Aspergillus terreus 17P can actively grow and produce a complex of cellulolytic enzymes on the dense nutrient medium consisting of straw (45%), wheat bran (45%), malt shoots (10%) and wet mineral supplements. The cultivation temperature is 40 degrees C, pH--5.6--6.0 and humidity of the medium--60--65%.
