Abstract

Heizmannia thelmae is formally transferred from subgenus Mattinglyia and assigned to subgenus Heizmannia. Rationale for this action is provided. New characters of the adults, female genitalia, and pupae are listed for separating the 2 subgenera of Heizmannia.
