Abstract
Knowing the national and community national programs for financing agriculture, advantages and constraints of the Common Agricultural Policy that apply unitary in all the European Union member states as well as of the exigencies of the new reform of the Common Agricultural Policy in consensus with the market evolutions, are aspects that must be studied carefully. The financial mechanisms and criteria for the allotment of financial sources designed for direct payments from agriculture constituted and still constitute these days a subject matter of many discussions both at European and national level. That is why, the authors plan by this work to analyze the new mechanisms and criteria of distribution of the direct payments to the farmers for the period 2015-2020.
