Abstract
A study was carried out to determine the nutrites on enhancing growth of lactic acid bacteria and protectors of them during dry. In the result the density of Lactobacillus Bulgaricus.Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus acidiphic in the liquid cultura can reach 1010~1011*!cfu/g and in the freeze dried powder above 1010*!cfu/g.
