Abstract

Ceftriaxone (Ro-13-9904) is a broad spectrum cephalosporin with a very long plasma half-life: about 8 h. We administered Ceftriaxone to 9 children suffering from bronchopneumonia. The clinical, X-ray and biochemical response were favourable in all cases.
