Abstract
We considered the problem of dynamic traffic network equilibrium with additional path flow constraints, which the path flows are defined in a abstract space. The additional constraints are treated as new adding road costs and variational inequalities expression for the Wardrop user equilibrium are given. Basing upon the results, we can develop a new equilibrium algorithm for the traffic flows. Moreover, the capacity constraints, which is more closed to the reality, are also considered.
