Indian trombiculid mites--re-descriptions of three species and description of a new species of Odontacarus (Acarina, Trombiculidae).

Abstract
Three Indian species described by Joshee (1964) in the broad genus Trombicula are fully re-described, illustrated and properly placed in their respective genera to conform with recent views in chigger classification. In addition, a new species of trombiculid mite, Odontacarus indica from India is described for the first time.
