Abstract

47 hospitalized patients on the Second Clinic were assessed for levels of vitamin B12 and folic acid. Insufficient amounts of vitamin B12 were found in 21 patients (44.7%) and insufficient levels of folic acid were found in 23 patients (48.9%).
