Abstract
The changes in thickness of the cornea in 48 myopic eyes (between -2.25 and -8.00 D) were examined after RK. It was observed that, unrelated to the number of cuts and differences in the optical zone, the cornea thickness regains its preoperative thickness within 3-4 weeks.
