As understanding the game in context of game law, this paper starts from the seperation between play and game and arrives at the magic circle that is distinct area of game playing. Through analysis of the legal concept of game product that is the means of game play, it results in components such as game tool, game rule and game operation. It needs institutionally dividing game and gambling. As understanding the structure of human activites called game, this paper pictures the system of game law that is the game rule of inner magic circle, the game operation bylaw of outer magic circle, and the state law that regulates game operation. The game rules include game code, rule of conduct, and game custom. The game operation bylaws consist of operation policy and agreement of use. Although state laws such as the Game Industry Act are of great importance, its are not all. The understanding of game rule and game operation bylaw that consist of the frame of game activities above plays a great role in the system of game law. The ultimate idea of game law is to maintain the purity and identity of magic circle.
