Abstract
Intracavernous papaverine injection therapy has gained widespread acceptance in the treatment of erectile impotence. Treatment for the opposite, priapism, is also possible with the same technique using a vasoconstrictive drug. We report 5 patients with priapism successfully managed by intracavernous injection with adrenalin.
