Abstract

We have studied the recipient strain of mice B10 Rb7 Rb7 that underwent the total body irradiation and then subsequent transplantation of haemopoietic stem cells from the syngeneic mice strain B10D2 as the donors. By means of cytogenetic analysis we found out that arisen chimeric state was lasting for a long time (twelve months). In our groups (I-IV), having ten animals each, distinct dependence on the sex of the donor to the recipient and the contrary was not discovered.
