Abstract

A physical map of the P. aeruginosa bacteriophage phi kF77 has been constructed using the restriction endonucleases SalI, HindIII, EcoRI, EcoRV, MuI, XbaI, ClaI. The phi kF77 DNA is resistant to cleavage by the restriction endonucleases BamHI, BglII, HpaI, PstI, PvuII, SmaI, XhoI.
