Abstract

Intraoperative fine needle aspiration of two histologically and ultrastructurally confirmed microcystic adenonmas of the pancreas revealed irregular sheets of benign cuboidal epithelial cells showing oval, slightly pleomorphic nuclei and clear cytoplasm, characteristic of the tumor
