Abstract
Twenty muskmelon genotypes were screened against root knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) and wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melonis) under pot house conditions in a replicated experiment. Results revealed that all muskmelon genotypes screened were found susceptible to both pathogens and showed reduction in growth parameters. wilt disease intensity in twelve genotypes increased in the presence of M. incognita. The wilt symptoms were also advanced and appeared earlier in combined inoculations as compared to individual Fusarium inoculations.
