Abstract

A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro nickel p-acetyl arsenazo was studied. The maximum absorption of the Ni-p-acetyl-arsenazo complex was observed at 640 nm with the molar absorptivity of 6.03 x 10(4) L.ml-1.cm-1. The nickel content within 0-0.8 mg/L followed the Beer's Law.
