Abstract

严重牙体缺损且已经过妥善治疗而被保留的患牙可在修复牙列形态和恢复功能中发挥作用.残冠、残根的利用方式分为两大类,一类是直接核冠、桩核冠修复,另一类是作基牙用于义齿修复.本讲就已经治疗的残冠残根的修复与利用等临床问题进行讨论。
