Abstract
口腔种植的骨增量技术扩大了种植适应证,但手术复杂、术后反应重,且骨移植材料和自体组织的整合仍然存在不少问题.由于血小板富有多种生长因子,血小板浓缩物被用于改善术后反应、促进骨和软组织愈合.研究较多的血小板浓缩物是富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP).近年来富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)的研究和应用成为热点。
