Abstract
SummaryPathologic lymphangiograms indistinguishable from those observed in patients with malignant lymphoma have been observed in a patient with SLE and a patient with sarcoidosis. The finding of enlarged lymphnodes was the first clinical symptom three years before the onset of the SLE. The second patient was followed for sarcoidosis for more than one year. He developed ascitis due to enlargement of the retroperitoneal lymphnodes without enlargement of the thoracic Iymphnody chain. At that time there was no evidence of further impairment of the pulmonary function.
