Abstract

In terms of low environmental load and effective utilization of energy, thermoacoustic engine have attracted attention. Previously, thermoacoustic device design was based on experimental performance prediction and thermoacoustic theory-based methods were not in common use. This paper provides verification of performance prediction about heat-driven thermoacoustic refrigerator in looped tube and establishment of optimization method by means of wave equation and momentum conservation equation.
