三七及其主要有效成分三七总皂甙(PNS)具有抗肝纤维化作用[1].采用体外培养的传代大鼠肝星状细胞(HSC),利用有关凋亡检测技术,观察PNS对HSC增殖、凋亡、胶原和层黏连蛋白(LN)合成的影响,从细胞水平探讨PNS抗肝纤维化机制。
