Abstract

儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的定义和成年人一样,是指睡眠时打鼾,上呼吸道受阻致呼吸暂停频频发作,使患儿处于慢性缺氧状态,导致白天嗜睡,精神萎靡,记忆力减退,比成年人严重的是直接影响其体格智力发育,故已经引起耳鼻咽喉科和儿科医生的重视.本组45例患儿经手术治疗后,取得满意效果,现报道如下.
