[Recurrent anal fistulas--surgical concept and late results].

Abstract
424 patients with anal recurrence fistula are operated and evaluated. Classification of the type of fistula occur by Park inteoperative. The conception for specific treatment are describe. 29.9% all the patients with 2. till 12. recurrence fistula have anal-incontinence. The pre- and postoperative anorectal manometry is necessary. The operations of the anal recurrence fistula must by praxticble by experienced proctologyst.
