Open publisher page 2 citations

Abstract

The effect of intra-arterially administered pyridinolcarbamate on the response of the forearm vasculature to intra-arterial bradykinin has been examined in five experiments. While a moderate vasodilator action of pyridinolcarbamate was noted no blockade of the vasodilator effect of bradykinin was found.
