Abstract

Based on the medical examination data the prevalence of chronic diseases of respiratory tract in the teenagers in the industrial centers of East-Siberia has been studied. The prevalence in a group exposed to the high ambient air pollution was found to be 2.7 times higher than in the region with the moderate ambient air pollution level. The informativity of a factor of the environment, the lifestyle and the anamnesis may testify the high significance of the direct and the mediated inhalation chemical load informing the chronic pathology of a respiratory tract in the teenagers.
