Abstract
The methods that Shijin Irrigation District pumping for irrigation in fresh groundwater area, and conducting surface water for irrigation in saline and brackish groundwater area had resulted in different characters of groundwater depth. The groundwater depth in groundwater irrigation area declined from 4m in the 1950s to present 15~36m, that depth in surface water irrigation area fluctuated between strong evaporation zone. Based on the groundwater different change character, the paper put forward the measures of mixing irrigation of surface water with saline groundwater and available water resources for agriculture irrigation was 4121×104m3~36454×104m3.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
