Abstract

In a democratic society,citizens' participation in governance has much to do with the status of a democratic government.This paper deeply explores the situation of citizens' involvement in the governance,analyzes its problems and propose perfecting Chinese citizens' participation in terms of the government,administrative staff,citizens themselves,base organization in order to enhance citizens' self-management capabilities and construct the governance framework of cooperation and participation.
