Analysis on effect of humanistic nursing care in pediatric patients

Objective To explore the effect of implementation of humanistic nursing in pediatric patients in order to further improve the work of nursing care in this department.Methods The records on surveying questionnaire of satisfaction of patients and their families were kept in nursing department and information on monthly assessment of quality of nursing care,and collection of subjects about families of hospitalized children with satisfaction questionnaires before and after implementation of humanistic care and taking each of them 500 questionnaires for analysis,and the quality of care was compared before and after implementation.Results The satisfaction of children and families after implementation of humanistic nursing care was significantly increased,their difference was significant(P0.01) and the difference of increase in quality of care was also statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The nursing care of children in hospital after implementation of humanistic nature,the satisfaction of families of patients was increased,and the quality of nursing care will enhance the image of nurses and ensure the safety of care,thus the disputes in nursing care were decreased.
