Abstract

Currently, primary gout still cannot be cured, for which the blood uric acid is controlled to be less than 360μmol/L mainly by drug therapy while for patients with gouty tophus the blood uric acid is controlled to be less than238 μmol /L. So far,frequently-used drugs are mainly colchicines that treating acute gout by acting on neutrophile granulocyte, selective and non-selective cyclooxygenase inhibitor-nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs( NAIDS),glucocorticoids and xanthine oxidase( XO) inhibitor-allopurinol,etc.
