The preliminary analysis of the current situation and countermeasures of university moral education

The changes in domestic and international situation,the popularized of network technology,the reforming in universities,these and many varieties of values and bring new challenges to the university education work.For exploring the effective way of universities education work in the new era and enhancing validity in education work,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the university education in the following respects: the low working actual effect of education,the unsmooth main channel of moral,misunderstanding the thought of moral education first,adverse effect on the content of market economy,weakness in team's strength of the political and ideological workers and the low quality of education practitioners,etc.Then a series of education working development countermeasures are proposed such as establishing modernized education idea,strengthening the content of the innovating type,insisting on realistic education value,structuring the individualized education mode,expanding the education ways of cybertimes,consolidating the building of contingent of the political and ideological work,promoting teacher's quality of education,etc.
