Abstract

We present the realization of current mode second order filter using CCⅡ .It will generate second order low pass,high pass,band pass,notch and all pass filtering functions at the z terminate through the connection of different N and single current conveyor(CCⅡ).Also,discuss the sensitivity of filter,finish the simulation of practical electric circuits which consist of MOS circuit.The proposed circuits have not only simple structure,low passive sensitivity,but also strong driving ability through z terminate.
