Abstract
The effect of sublethal concentration insecticides and SlNPV on the activities of phenoloxidase(PO),carboxylesterase(CarE) and acetylcholinesterase(AchE) in Spodoptera litura F.was investigated under 28 ℃.The results showed that the PO activity was really close in the treatment of chlorpyrifos,chlorfenapyr,SlNPV,chlorpyrifos and SlNPV mixture,chlorfenapyr and SlNPV mixture.It was showed that the activity of CarE in the treatment of chlorpyrifos and SlNPV mixture was significantly lower than that in the treatment of water control and SlNPV.The activity of AchE in the treatment of chlorfenapyr and SlNPV mixture was significantly higher than those in the treatment of chlorfenapyr and the water control at 12 h,24 h,36 h and 72 h.It was obvious that there were great differences in activity of CarE and AchE mostly after the treatment of the mixture of insecticides and SlNPV.
