Abstract

A survey of financial consumer protection under different jurisdiction is released in Financial Access 2010,in which consumption protection policy in more than 140 economies is reviewed for the first time.Its main content includes legal framework for consumer protection of individual economy,departments involved in consumer protection and its institutional arrangements,and dispute settlement mechanism for consumer protection,all of which establish a basis for further study.
