Abstract
From the standpoint of a middle- long-term demand for energy supply, it is demonstratedthat the energy conservation or using energy scientifically should be a core of China’s energy strategy. Themain contents, methods and features of scientific utility of energy are discussed. For energy saving inarchitecture, it should make all possible to use renewable energy and environment friendly energy. The dis-tributed energy system is an example of using energy in a scientific manner, which should make greatlyprogress in China. The development of small and micro turbines will improve the technical level of nationalpower industry. The right choice of relation among the electricity, cooling, and heating is of significance forincreasing the effects of energy conservation and getting the good economic benefits.
