The Crisis Management of Public Health Emergency

From the derelopment tendency all over the world, the public health emergency is almost inevitable.So,To establish an effective response mechanism to the public health emergency is the common duty of each country.While the process of responding to the public health emergency is actually the process of the crisis management.This paper reviewed the research results of the meanings,characters,categories,lifecycle and the basic connotation of the crisis management,and analyzed the measures of the crisis management in different phases.
