On the Development-oriented Employment Guidance Modes in Independent Colleges of Universities

Employment is people's livelihood,so employment guidance of college graduates concerns the sustained development of higher education,national economic growth,social stability,and the fundamental interests of the people. Upon analysis of the situation and problems of employment guidance in independent colleges of universities,this paper elaborates on the necessity,connotation and characteristics of constructing development-oriented employment guidance modes in independent colleges and probes into the approaches to the realization of the modes.
