Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to study regulatory effect of 2,4-D on growth of Dunaliella salina.[Method]Effect of different concentrations 2,4-D on growth of Dunaliella salina was studied.[Result]The growth and material accumulation of Dunaliella salina could be promoted in 2,4-D concentration of 1.0-6.0 mg/L.When the 2,4-D was in a concentration of 4.0 mg/L in culture medium,the effects were most advantageous to grow,which made cellular density,protein and β-carotene accumulation of Dunaliella salina reach high limit.[Conclusion]2,4-D could be used for regulate growth of Dunaliella salina during culture.
