Abstract
The technical features of four commonly used layouts for traditional RAID are analyzed,the importance of applying RAID in iSCSI environment is pointed out.The concept of iSCSI RAID is introduced,it is compared with traditional RAID.The current research is investigated and development of iSCSI RAID is producted,the impact of RAID technique on the performance,reliability,and security of iSCSI storage is analyzed.The performance bottleneck of iSCSI RAID is summarized,and on how to improve the per-formance and reliability of iSCSI RAID is analyzed.Discuss how to solve the small write problem in iSCSI RAID is discussed,and the problem of security is researched.
