Abstract
Objective:To investigate the non-invasive mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with respiratory failure in clinical significance.Methods:60 patients met the diagnostic criteria of patients divided into two groups, each group 30 patients in the control group with conventional medical treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy, while the use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy, treatment for 3 to 10 days, the average was 7 days.Observed two groups of invasive mechanical ventilation time, total ventilation time,re-inserted endotracheal intubation rate,RICU hospital stay,VAP incidence situation.Results:Non-invasive mechanical ventilation efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher,P0.05;Compared with the control group,non-invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment group was significantly higher efficacy;Non-invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment group, breathing, heart rate and arterial blood gas analysis were statistically significant than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure is certain,it is worthy of clinical application.
