Abstract
The composition and the classification of very small aperture terminal(VSAT) antenna system,and the synchronous satellites currently used for emergency communication in China are presented.It focuses on the three ways for satellite signal alignment of VSAT antennas: beacon signal,DVB TV program carrier and signal carrier.The three ways are compared,the advantages and disadvantages of each way are identified.Finally,it is concluded that aimed at VSAT antennas in the emergency communication,this paper suggests to use different ways of satellite signal alignment.
